All initial reservation requests are accepted via mail or fax only and must be received prior to the reservation deadline date. Vacations must be booked and travel completed prior to the expiration date for the particular vacation package. No initial reservation requests will be accepted by telephone. However, once the initial reservation request has been accepted, we will gladly accept telephone calls to answer any questions, make changes, or make additional arrangements.
Our reservation department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
